Erfaring
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation and have more than 12 years of experience working in professional football, including European competitions. I have worked as a physical trainer in a professional football club and coached players competing in the Premier League, Bundesliga, Serie A, Eredivisie, MLS, Ekstraklasa, as well as the Slovak and Czech top leagues.
In addition to football, I have worked with athletes from various sports and general population clients. My approach combines elite sport experience with advanced, evidence-based training methods to help clients perform at their best while staying healthy and injury-free.
