Training has been my life since 2012 and in 2017 I finally got certified. I’ve worked with a wide range of clients which allowed me to embody a rich and vast experience, creating training routines that are personalised, fluid, fun to have but also challenging, allowing clients to have a well-rounded experience. Training will always be something to look forward to!
Having dealt with injuries myself, I am very detail oriented. My objective is that you feel the best you have ever felt, with sound movement patterns and an increased self confidence. You’ll have an improved posture, feel younger, more agile, be able to run around with your kids or to climb higher in your next vacations, train to compete or to feel better, you choose!
Either if you are starting from scratch or if you are looking for a boost, optimising your time at the gym, you will feel better and better. From nutrition to supplements I want you to ask me any doubts that you might have.

Erfaring
Started in artistic roller skating in Sporting Clube Portugal as a kid but soon an injury on the knee brought me to the training room. Later on, dealing with an oncologic diagnose, led me to start working out again and I can say that the gym really saved my life and I believe in it wholeheartedly.
This passion also gave me experience in weightlifting and I have been a judge in several CrossFit events. I did surf, horseback riding and most recently tried my best at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I love to be constantly studying and learning!
